If you wish to cancel your order, you can select the order you want to cancel before shipping and apply for cancellation yourself
Exchange / Return / Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it and you can get a refund according to the exchange/return policy below.
Return and exchange period: Return and exchange are only available within 7 days of product arrival.
If return or exchange is not possible:
7 days have elapsed for return or exchange requests due to a simple change of mind
If the product is damaged or the value of the product has been significantly reduced by opening the package or using the product
Where the value of a product is lost to the extent that it is difficult to resell it over time

Return and Exchange Shipping Fee
In the case of return because of a simple change of mind, you will have to pay for all international round trip shipping fees.
Incorrect delivery and issues
If your package contains other products, please contact us via email or contact field within 7 days of receiving the box. When contacting us, please send us the picture described below.

We will send you the product as soon as it is confirmed to be wrong, but some products may be out of stock
Refund policy for unclaimed packages
In case the customer fails to claim the package and it gets returned to K-FASHION due to [absence of addressee/wrong or insufficient address],the round-trip shipping fee based on actual shipping fee rate of each courier will be deducted from the refund. In some cases, depending on the shipping cost, the parcel may be discarded; those the customers will be held responsible for the loss caused and no refund will be issued.
Customs & Taxes
Shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they do in fact apply duties and or taxes to your imports
Please be aware that any customs clearance related charges and customs duties are the responsibility of the customers, EVEN with the free shipping promotion orders.
